Complaints Procedure

Our return and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditions as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Portable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Some health and personal belongings
We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • A book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing part for reasons not caused by our error.
  • Any item that returns more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method on certain days.

Late or missing replacements

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially disclosed.

Next contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a replacement is published.

Selling Items

Only items for regular items will be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only upload items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@muscle-beast.com.

Donations

If an item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the donor had an order that was delivered to you later, we will send a donor return and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping fees to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you're returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
